Do you own the domain names you sell or sell on behalf of others?

All the domain names we sell are owned by Domeener. We do not act as a broker for individuals or businesses at this time.

How can I purchase a domain name?

Purchases are processed through third-party domain marketplaces or escrow services such as Dan, Afternic/GoDaddy, Sedo, and Atom (formerly SquadHelp). To buy a domain we own, simply open the domain name in your web browser to access its acquisition page.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans with various term options, depending on the price of the domain name.

How do I receive my domain after purchase?

Once payment is made through the third-party marketplace, the domain is transferred to you. We only receive payment after you have successfully received the domain.

When I buy a domain name from Domeener, will I receive other domain extensions?

No, your purchase only includes the specific domain you ordered from Domeener. If you’re interested in acquiring other gTLDs (generic top-level domains) for the same name, you will need to purchase those separately.

How does Domeener protect my buying experience?

To ensure a secure buying experience, we utilize reputable third-party escrow providers like Dan, Afternic/GoDaddy, Sedo, and Atom (formerly SquadHelp). These platforms use SSL encryption technology to safeguard your information throughout the transaction process.

Can I transfer my domain to a different registrar after purchase?

Yes, you can transfer your domain name to a new registrar or hosting provider after purchase. However, the domain must be older than 60 days or not have undergone a registrar transfer within the last 60 days to be eligible for transfer.

Please note that domains purchased with a payment plan may not be transferable until all installments have been completed.

How long do I get to keep my domain?

Once you purchase a domain, you gain full control and exclusive registration rights.

All domain names require annual renewal with your registrar, typically at a fee of about $12 or more. As long as you renew your registration each year, you will retain ownership of the domain name indefinitely.
